from the Vigna San Biagio vineyard in the municipality of La Morra.

The wine has a lovely garnet/ red colour with hints of orange. The intense bouquet reminds one of withered violets and roses; tarry notes add further depth to the soft and velvety, ethereal aromas. The flavour is well-balanced, austere and pleasantly persistent, it is a wine with a very long life. Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba is only produced in the municipality of Diano d'Alba.
This wine is produced from the best grapes taken from the Vigna Groppone
family vineyard. This vineyard forms part of the Montagrillo Sorì
Diano d'Alba. It is extremely well suited to vine growing, with a perfect
southerly exposure and very fertile soil. The fermentation of this wine
is carefully controlled; it is then left to fine in the bottle for a short
time. This great wine has a ruby red colour and an intense and fruity bouquet.
The flavour is dry, pleasantly almond-scented with a persistent after taste;
it is classical, medium-bodied and well balanced. Serve at room temperature. . |

wine is produced from a careful selection of the best grapes from the Vigna
Vecchia Groppone family vineyard, situated in the municipality of Diano
d'Alba. After a careful and accurate selection process, the grapes arrive at the wine cellar for the soft pressing process. The pulp is then fermented at a carefully controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in small oak barriques for a period of 12 months. It is then left fine in the bottle for a further period of time. The wine has good structure and body, the colour is intense ruby red, and after one year of ageing it acquires shades of garnet. The bouquet is fruity with hints of vanilla. It is the perfect accompaniment to game and cheese. Serve at room temperature. . |

| For
a few years now, we have been extending the cultivation of Chardonnay vineyards
on the hills of Langa around Alba. The vines have adapted well to this soil
and climate and the resulting wines are excellent. The wine is obtained
from the slow and controlled fermentation of the must of Chardonnay grapes
at a low temperature. It has an intense, fruity, fine and elegant bouquet.
It is medium-bodied with a delicate with pleasantly fresh flavour. Serve at room temperature. . |

Moscato d'Asti is obtained from the soft pressing of Moscato grapes. It is characterised by its sweet amber tinges and by its short fermentation period, which produces a delicate and pleasantly scented wine. The colour is intense, light, golden yellow. The bouquet retains the fragrance of the Moscato grape. The characteristic flavour is sweet and aromatic. It is a sweet, scented wine with a low alcohol content. It is best enjoyed slightly chilled and should be drunk when still young. It makes a very good dessert wine. . |

wine is obtained from the careful soft pressing of Chardonnay grapes that
are cultivated on the hills of the Langa around Alba. The wine undergoes
a slow fermentation in autoclave; we obtain this kind of brut spumante,
which is characterised by its intense aroma by using the Charmat method.
The flavour is dry without asperity; austere yet velvety and well balanced
with a clean and persistent aroma. The colour is light golden yellow; it
has a fruity bouquet. Very good as aperitif and with seafood, it is also an excellent accompaniment to the whole meal . |

obtain a small quantity of this unusual Grappa by fermenting the precious
dregs left over from the pressing of the grapes. Using a slow steam-distillation
we preserve the complexity of aromas and the delicate flavours that come
from these noble grape varieties of the Langhe. We produce: Grappa di Barolo (aged in oak), Grappa di Nebbiolo da Barolo, Grappa di Dolcetto, Grappa di Chardonnay. |
